Collaborating with CLEAR Design Studio, I played a key role in the development of a sustainable commercial and retail project. My responsibilities included spearheading efforts to attain LEED certification by conducting comprehensive consultations, preparing detailed reports, and collaborating with experts to secure LEED credits. This project showcased our commitment to sustainable design and environmental stewardship.

Our role
To provide consultations to the design team to obtain credits for LEED v4 for BD+C: Core and Shell rating system to certify the project.
By actively pursuing LEED credits across all six categories, we significantly improved the sustainability of our project, positively impacting its economic, environmental, and social aspects
